Peer Review Progress

Korpora: Journal of Management, Business & Human Resources Research applies a peer review process to ensure the quality, relevance, and scientific integrity of every manuscript considered for publication. Manuscripts are reviewed by reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's field of study.

The review process consists of the following stages:

  1. Initial Screening by the Editor
    The manuscript is checked for compliance with the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, and manuscript completeness.

  2. Editorial Assessment
    The editor conducts an initial assessment of the manuscript’s relevance, quality, and suitability before it is sent for peer review.

  3. Peer Review
    Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are sent to reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s field of study. Reviewers provide assessments and feedback on the manuscript’s scientific aspects, methodology, presentation, and substantive content.

  4. Manuscript Revision
    Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on the reviewers’ comments. The revised manuscript will be evaluated again by the editor and, when necessary, by the reviewers.

  5. Editorial Decision
    Based on the review results and editorial considerations, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revisions, returned for further revision, or rejected.

Reviewer identities are kept confidential from the authors. Publication decisions are made by the editor based on the review results and editorial considerations and are not determined solely by the recommendation of a single reviewer.
